Use this form to apply online for water baptism or family/baby dedications at Clawson Church. Water Baptism declares that you are a follower of Jesus Christ. It is a public confession of your faith in, and commitment to, Jesus Christ. Our entrance into the water during baptism identifies us with Jesus’s death on the cross, His burial in the tomb, and His resurrection from the dead. It is a symbol of your new life as a Christian, where we bury the “old life” and rise up to walk in a “new life!”

Family and baby dedications are a special way to publicly commit to raising your child in the knowledge and love of Jesus Christ. During a dedication service, parents and families are prayed for and supported by the church community as they dedicate themselves to nurturing their child's faith journey.

You can apply for either water baptism or a family/baby dedication by completing this online application. This information is helpful to our team as you move forward in the process. After your application is reviewed, we will contact you, share the upcoming dates for baptisms or dedications, and answer any questions you may have. You are encouraged to invite your family and friends to your baptism or dedication ceremony to celebrate with you!
